OUR HISTORY:
In the mid-2000’s, we created unique land developments and dealt with all aspects of the project lifecycle from dealing with municipalities through the land purchase, to engineering and design, to project construction.
Thoughtful design and creativity brought these subdivisions to life. When we decided to refocus back on building, residential homebuilding became our focal point as we found the builds themselves were more enjoyable overall, and they also allowed us to flex our creativity a lot more extensively.
Our past experience in land development, different construction styles from steel to modular to concrete or wood, gives us the insight to tackle problems from many angles, or to foresee issues and ensure problems never arise. This wealth of knowledge from the underground up, is hard to match by someone who has only dealt with one aspect of construction.
Today we are happy to have slowed down a bit, and to offer a bit more of a personalized boutique experience. Many of our past trades have stayed loyal, and continue to work with us to this day which helps greatly to ensure that consistency carries through all of our work. Custom homes are still our main focus, but we also enjoy the creativity and challenges that come with unique renovations.
